We welcome all to our (mostly) silent Meeting for Worship each Sunday beginning at 10 a.m. and to fellowship after the worship.
Together with all Quakers worldwide, we believe that each individual can commune with the divine without need of clergy or doctrine. We have no professional clergy, and each person present is responsible for the quality of the worship.
Our Meeting was founded in the early 1960s and has its Meetinghouse at 345 L St in Davis, California, USA. Usually, 15-25 people participate in the Meeting for Worship. We are very active in the community, and we support peace, ecological, and social justice activities at the local, state, national and international levels.
We welcome families with children, university students, and individuals of all ages.
We are an “open, welcoming, and affirming” Meeting.

LAND ACKOWLEDGEMENT
As Davis Friends Meeting, individually and collectively, we have come to understand that we occupy the unceded ancestral territory of the Patwin-Wintun people who lived on and tended this land for many generations, and whose descendants still live here. We acknowledge and are grateful to the Patwin-Wintun people and to other indigenous people for their continuing care of this land. We seek to understand our right relationship to the land which nourishes and sustains us and all living creatures with whom we co-exist. We endeavor to continue learning more about what the land asks of us to be collaborative faithful stewards to care for this land where we all now live and for future generations.
